Being the head of design at a startup is isolating.

You’re expected to set direction without complete information, hire and grow a team while shipping, influence executives without formal authority, and make tradeoffs where there is no clear right answer.

There is no shortage of design articles or leadership advice on the internet. Very little of it helps when you are actually accountable for outcomes.

Head of Design Club exists so leaders in the seat can learn from each other’s real decisions, mistakes, and judgment.

This is not a public forum, a learning course, or a networking group. It’s a working room.

• Curated resource library. Practical templates, frameworks, and information drawn from real experience.
