Heads of Design, Design Directors, Principals, Founding Designers — anyone who owns the design practice at their company. Stay in the role, or step away when you leave it.

Treat this as a closed room
What's shared here stays here. No quoting, screenshotting, or forwarding without explicit permission from the person who said it.

Disagree directly, and well
Say it when you see it differently. Critique the decision, not the person. Speak from what you've actually lived through, not from theory.

Everyone belongs here
Discrimination and harassment of any kind end membership — including anything targeting race, ethnicity, nationality, gender or gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, religion, or age.

Don't sell, recruit, or lurk
No job-seeking, solicitation, or personal branding. And this isn't a lurker-first room — participate when it's relevant, answer when you're asked. We check in on long silences.
